I know the Sarge was a '77 trim package, and Beau James and Gentleman Jim were '75s, but anyone have production figures on any of them? Dad wanted a Beau James or a Gentleman Jim, but they would have had to special order one and he wanted a truck QUICK....so we got the green and white SC and then the shop the dealership sent it to, to install the auxiliary gas tank, did a horrible job. The switch valve combo never worked right, stranding us a few times, and the fender installation of the filler neck was awful. Multiple attempts to get the dealership to rectify these problems were unsuccessful. Let's just say that Lester Goodson didn't live up to their name....

Very cool, but too much. There was a rare leather Chevy Bonanza owners manual cover on eBay last year or so and the guy wanted $400. I made a few offers of what I thought was reasonable but always got shot down. I'm the only person that bid on it like 10-15x over a year.
