You must be registered for see images attach
left caliper was stuck (open), so truck would make an immediate right upon braking. Collapsed hose was most likely the culprit - but“while I’m at it” kicked in...

FWIW it is still common for pull to the right under heavy braking, but not while driving normally. Has to do with the drag link design.

Mine was doing that recently and it turned out it was the left caliper dragging
It would get hot and when you stepped on the brakes the left one wouldn’t work because it was hot
the right one worked normal and pulled it to the right
