Hey men and women just figured i would share a another upgrade worth every penny. The seats are well made and 10x more comfortable, recline and lever adjust front to back dont know why i sat on that old saggy bench seat for so long. The tough part..... Building a custom frame and mount system that are safe and secure. Took a half day for layout & material. Another day for fab and half day to install. Im sure there are a number of routes to go but this was mine. I will let the pictures speak for themself. Let me know what you all think.

Really nice looking seats!

Now your gun rack may be harder to use...

I did the opposite, we could have traded, lol

I went from modern electric leather buckets to an old saggy bench! Easier for my dogs and such.

Those are good looking seats, but do they sit as high as they look? I did the Suburban bucket conversion in my 77 using tabs I scavenged from the junkyard. Time to replace the Suburban seats, but being 6'5, 285 I really want to get some seats that will get me as far back as possible and not make me drive with the tilt wheel all the way up. How do those compare in height to the original bench or buckets?

Me too. Soon to split my time between here and Idaho.

Most people don’t use their gun racks anymore, too enticing for thieves.

@ apeman Well I'm 6'1 190 and fit perfect. That being said, I would say get a smaller wheel and modify the seat mount you might gain a bit of clearance. I would say u might go with the low back procar seats ; yes the procar touring model seats do put you higher up than the bench I'll take some measurements later when It stops raining

I almost went the same route but me and the ol lady decided on az instead. I only use mine in BLM or NF otherwise my smart level hangs there with my hood.
