My bro had a very nice 88 Mercedes 4 door with I6 Diesel. He stole the car for $1500. It was a divorce sale. The body was perfect with fresh shiney black paint, the interior was leather. A little wrinkled up from age but no tears. He chucked a rod in the damn thing and sold it to Pull a Part for a hundred friggn dollars. I was so pissed. I wanted to put a hipo SBC and Th350 or 400 in it and make a sleeper. 
Would you believe its the same damn bro that sold a 89 Trooper needing a clutch for $200. Honestly, I think, and really, I actually know, he's a jealous bastard and knows if I get my hands on something like those vehicles, that I'd rock the **** out of them, and he have to see them on a regular basis and get sick, so he sells them away from me on purpose.
