I assumed you were referring to a rebuilt unit. Rebuilding boxes is a little beyond a DIY repair. Reseal, yes. Rebuild no.

Messy for sure, the Teflon seal rings and the recirculating balls are a PIA too but doable IMHO. Especially when considering the cost of a reman unit and surrendering the original part for a core.

I watched a few YouTube videos and just got to re-assembling mine, I admit I did invent a few new dirty words but it was worth it.
