Seller claims it's "updated" with a new boost valve. I'll check that out tomorrow.

Since you have a shop and I see a tig head, If you have a 300mm 700R4 T/C laying around
make this tool. My hands thank me everytime I use it. Makes the install super easy.

Input shaft alignment tool I made.

You can make one of these clutch drip arms if you got scrap laying around. I needed channel
content so I made it and I actually use it. Im pretty ANAL about being a clean freak when I work.

and the parts cleaner. Still looks new. I keep everything clean like new. I built it to be Batt operated and no solvent in the tank. Only on the yellow tank. Comes to the top, drains back down. Built the trans stand also.

I had to do something, lol. I didn't want it to look like a Hughes trans anymore, so it got the finest paint on the rattle can shelf.

Busy week, but got back into it.

Finished the pump. Pump clearance was .0011 on slide and rotor. It did have a .500 boost valve, but I replaced it with a Sonnax o-ringed .500 boost valve and reverse boost valve. Also installed Sonnax TCC valve with teflon sealing ring. Failed to take pictures.

Did a dry assembly and checked end play. End play was .030, so I added a .015 shim to get it a bit tighter. If I had a thicker washer, I would have liked to tighten it up a few thou more, but I don't, and I need to wrap this up.

Tore it all back down and soaked frictions, gear sets, and band in ATF. It's going to sit a while while I build an engine.

Reassembled everything and moved on to the valve body.

Some transgo stuff. The TV valve is definitely transgo. Going to send it.

Cleaned it all up and reassembled.

That's interesting, your previous post isn't that long compared to some posts I've seen all over the forum by various members.
