In 1995, the 4 door Tahoe was brought out and then the Blazer name was dropped.

As HRPC said, the tailgate or emblem are likely from a later Tahoe.

Yup, the only thing that changed in 92 was the Jimmy became the Yukon.

Or, what is the 10th digit of the VIN. # or letter? I can tell what you what year model it is by the 10th digit.

It would be a letter. N - 1992. P - 1993. R - 1994.

My 92 S-pickup is a Tahoe trim package.

Drivers side door tag says 12 of 91 making it a 92 and from what I can find on the net its a split year cus 93 is when they stopped calling it a blazer and started calling them Tahoe or at least that's what I read

93 is a split year because of the late 4L60E availabilty.
They didnt drop Blazer name till 95.
Just wondering, because I think you may have a peiced together truck.

Mine was a Tahoe. Now it's a base on the outside, an SGT on the inside, and a "Sport" dash badge. Nobody knows what it is, lol.
