I need rear seat belts for a 76 k5 in burgundy, and the spare tire bolts that hold the spare tire to the hanger for a k5 as well.

If you would have asked a month ago, I had the seat belts. I'll check on the spare tire bolts

Do you happen to have a good 3 piece frame crossmember, the one that's located right after the cab? Mine's a 78 k10 and is rotted out and same goes for all the local parts yards

Yes they should be the same, as long as it is a SBC
