I painted mine with Duplicolor fabric and vinyl paint. Desert Tan was the color.

Painted the steering wheel too, while I was at it. It does chip though, just have to touch it up every so often....

ask for the dye at the autodody supply - used it on a 79 oldsmobile - works awesome no chipping or adhesion to worry about -just wipe everything down with alcohol -and good to go !

That's what I prefer to be done instead of paint. I know I've seen a guy do some dye work before at a car lot before. Faster, less trouble and it held up fine and didn't rub or wear off.

I usually use Duplicolor with great results. But for the GM black/charcoal interior scheme pay the extra 10 bucks and get a can of SEM Trim Black. It looks awesome and if properly applied over a couple of coats of adhesion promoter it will stick like an ugly rumor.

No images of SEM trim black on a door panel but attached are a few shots of how it looks on the dash and visors. It looks better than in the photos (the flash makes it look faded - in person it's darker).

Yes it does. Looks Great, and my color choice too. That would go with Charcoal Gray interior just perfect.
