Anyone know how many circuits are in the original square's fuse panel (loaded...AC, PW, cruise, etc)?

Thanks.

Thanks much!

I count 14? I'm looking at a wiring kit and wondered how many was too little / much. Probably go at least 21.

I'd check the fuse panel for a '79 or later, since I believe that was when they added power windows and locks. For even a little more flexibility I would look at an '87 or later, since they also had to provide power for TBI fuel injection.

Cant imagine them having more than 21 but never know. My truck has to be completely rewired....no way around it. My 85 was pretty stripped but I'm going all power, FI, etc.

If I plug my radio into Batt (f) will it drain my battery? I plugged into it and I notice the aftermarket radio stays on after I turn off the truck. I see you have it labeled “radio” I’m guessing I’m ok, correct?

I would use "C" listed acc or accessory, try that, it should power down with key off. Best bet is to use the schematic diagram for your truck

most aftermarket radios have a always hot B+ lead, for the memory, that would connect to F on the above picture. most aftermarket radios also have a switched lead or accessory lead, to turn it on and off, that would connect to C on the above picture

the factory radio connects to accessory or the C circuit only .
