No power to injectors along with no power to pin A6 on ECM and no SES light 1987 R10 305 TBI

Hello this started with no power to injectors then I checked ECM pins A6 B1 and C16. B1 and C16 have constant 12V but A6 has no power key on. A few things to add I jumped B1 to A6 and the SES light came on and I got code 34 and power to injectors but not grounding ( I used a noid light).
ECM I fuse is good and receives 12V and I have changed the ignition switch. Where could the issue be?

Update: After going back to check for pulsing with B1 and A6 jumped I realized I had the ALDL jumped and took it off and injectors pulse. But still doesn't solve my primary issue of A6 not getting power.
