Well, my avatar is how it's currently sitting. Rust and all.
So what are the "good" pics?
My forum fluency just isn't there yet.

Speaking of rust, is body work worth working on before getting everything else up to par?
I figure getting the running gear squared up should come before the face lift but I also hate watching the rust grow.

Just some pics of it that we can actually see. Avatar pics are too small to see much. A shot of each side, possibly a front and rear, engine bay, interior, whatever. It's fun to be able to go back and see the progress you make (or don't make, as in my project:().

Welcome to the fun!
There are several of us from all over Oregon in here as well.

Any photos are considered good photos.
It is the standard currency of internet forums.

Don't let us down....

Thanks for letting me know! I plan to get some work done this week and will take some pics then!
SD JunkMan, you have a point. Many of my projects (not vehicle related) go without before and after shots and looking back I wish I had them! I'm terrible with remembering to get photos (even of my own children, ha!) I will have to make more of a conscious effort.

Here I am months later!
Now, my truck has sat for four years (closer to 5). I have put in so much work to try and fire it up but NO. I get power but nothing. The starter (which is new) won't make a peep. I replaced the battery cables and the ignition switch. I've found plenty of corroded wiring with breakage all over the truck. And the wiring harness currently in it is sitting on top of the block. It's baked to a hard crisp over its years. I'm thinking that this could very well be my issue.
Currently waiting on a prefab wiring harness. Just going to re-wire the whole truck and see if that fixes it.
Any experience in having this solve a starting issue?
