It is my opinion that removing TBI to run a carburetor is a HUGE MISTAKE for most people - myself included.
I'd do what it takes to make it right.

Look dude, there are only something like 22 different circuits in the fuse box..it's NOT HARD.
Certainly nothing to be backwards about.

I think you've had a stroke of good luck land on your plate in the form of a truck.

Sure, you may know something about the truck or it's history whatever - but that's not serving you is it? No, not at all.

That information isn't any good, see?

I suggest you rid yourself of it and begin a new relationship with your old truck.

Forget what you heard and start fresh.
That may serve you better??
