Agreed, your crossmember should be dropped down from the frame.

Yes mine originally had the spacers between the nut and the cross member and I moved the spacers to between the frame and cross memberThe bolts you are referring to are the 4 bolts holding the crossmember to the frame correct? As far as the transmission mount it doesn’t look broken to me.
