What's up everybody? Just happy to have a site for the square body. I have four
77 GMC Jimmy with a 450 396, Th400, 3/4 ton running gear,lifted 6" with a blown head gasket

82 Chevy Long wide bed, my soon too be daily driver, nice 350 with a Th350 nothing big.

My soon too be big project 82 Blazer 2wd. This is going to be my baby! It's going to get a TPI 454, TH700r4, Four linked 9", lowered 4" in the front, and 6" in the rear, shaved everything, suicide doors, one piece windows. Hope it comes out the way I have it pictured in my head.

85 Chevy Short Wide. This started off being my project truck, than found the 82 Blazer, so this one has to go (said the wife) it's a good truck, Auto Meter gauges, B+M floor shifter, strong 350 with a lot of up grades, and pretties ie aluminum pulleys, Weiand intake 750 Edelbrock carb, aluminum air, and valve covers. twin electric fans. started to redo the interior.

Just a little about me, 40 years old, been building cars since I was little with my dad. Spent 5.5 years in the Marine Corps, very Proud to be a Marine.(Semper Fi) I have a wonderful wife of 19 years been married for 16.5 years. three beautiful daughters. One is a senior at Texas A&M, One is married going to University of Texas, and the youngest is a Junior in high school.

newby here also from N.E. Teaxs

I will be trying to revive a 76 GMC 1 ton crewcab with my most favorite parts eater a .040 over 454. ....loves transmissions..eats em for snacks...they say u cant kill a turbo 400....this truck has eat 6 of em already....would love some inputfrom this great community on reviving this beast..cancer in all the rite places..floorpans..lower cab corners...usual stuff..paint from wal-mart parking lot...looks like rip..but she is mine.....will be having lots of questions about her..thanks for letting me into your communhttp://www.gmsquarebody.com/forum/images/smilies/patriot.gifity....http
