Gents,
Any idea what this connector could be for?
It’s on the passenger side below the radiator.
The wire is spliced back into the wiring harness in the bumper and I can’t trace it.
Truck is an 83 K20 350/TH400.
I know this truck was used in the past to tow a trailer/5th wheel, and there was some sketchy wiring that was burned up and cut off when I first got the truck.
Maybe this is a remnant from all of that.

Did these trucks ever come with dual horns or was this some guys cute modification?

Custom deluxe trim would have been a single horn, Scottsdale and Silverado got dual horns

Single green wire. Are we sure this isn't a side marker lamp wire?

Most definitely it's not a marker light wire. Marker lights use two wires (black and brown) and don't use that style plug. The horn(s) use green wire and also that plug.
