Mystery bracket

I had these in the box of the truck when I got it and just curious what they're for, my guess for the round one was maybe vacuum canister? And that plastic piece I haven't a clue

Those plastic pieces go under and back of fenders to cab if I am not mistaken. Should have some plastic push pins that hold them in. They collect leaves. lol
