It will bolt right up. You will need to use the 80 front bumper. I have 86 body on 79 chassis.

I just picked this bad boy up and I’ve already started to tinkering with it. It’s a 1980 k20 4x4 with a 454. I made a HD bumper soon to have a winch in it, and yesterday put some 2” lift springs on the front. I’m thinking of making this the family bug out wagon, I’ve got another battery and inverter that I’m going to attach a Solar panel to. I’ve got 7 or so LED light bars coming and thinking of how I want to build a roof rack? Any ideas. Also I think I’m going to get a third row out of a early 2000s Yukon/tahoe to add in the rear...I have 4 kids so lots of car seats lol .I have a bunch of 1 1/4” pipe that I also used on bumper I can use for that roof rack. Thanks! And can someone tell me how to post photos not sure if you guys can see these...
