1/4" lines from MC to prop valve. One fitting is 9/16 and the other is 1/2.

Lines from prop valve to front brakes = 3/16
Line from prop valve to rear soft line = 1/4"
Line from rear "t" to drums = 3/16

What I mean was that there was a 1/4" line from MS to the prop valve and also a 3/16" line also I'm wondering if it matters which way they go on
in terms of the front fitting of the MS or the rear fitting and where on the top
of the prop valve do they go

SIR regardless of the size (which by the way the sizes I have do not fit I have to remove the fitting and customize) that's why I'm asking does it matter if the fitting on the front of the MS goes on the front top fitting 1/2-20 of the prop valve. and the rear MS go on the rear prop valve which one is 1/4" line and the other is 3/16" regardless of the fittings thanks

The prop valve is designed to equalize pressure going to the front and rear brakes. If you change this you could have unpredictable braking.

So put it the way it was setup.

3/16" line to the front and 1/4" line to the rear. Yes it matters. Your master cylinder may have two different size resivoirs with the line from the larger one going to the front and the smaller going to the rear.

The way GM did lines changed over the years, and might have something to do with the weight rating too. Some of mine have the front port to the rear circuit, while others have the front port to the front circuit.
