It would work but some fuckerywork to get there I imagine. Can almost never have too
much valve lift either but that might get seriously compromised with the 'super' dome pistons
needed to get over 12:1.
If valve pockets on domed pistons get too deep could this not have detrimental effects somehow?

Yep, as long as you don't shut it off, that's when **** happens, same as getting an engine up to temp and oil still cold and shut it off, valve covers start to rain.

I have always had good luck with dynomax. Good sound without being overly loud and no drone. Flowmasters cost too much power.

I really like Flowmaster too but I don't like 40 series volume anymore. I never heard of a flow "costing power" I think that's laughable.

I've run across too many dynomax products that were low quality so I have always tried to avoid them. There's usually something better available for just a few dollars more.

Exactamundo! Wrapping headers traps moisture and quickly rots out the metal. Ceramic coating (jet hot) both inside and out is far better than any wrap.

If you're planning on submerging in the Pennsylvania crud mud, then no matter what you do your headers will rot. Ya better buy in bulk. The clay content will retain the moisture no matter what.
