Anyone here have an 88/98 stepside lowered 4/6 or 5/7 I've done a 5/7 drop on my old 93 ext cab Silverado, (pic below) trying to decide on either one for my 92. Could also use some help in where to look for the best prices. Lol
Since getting rid of my 79 I decided to treat my other truck to some lowering and adding the wheels I had for it on my 92 stepside.

There are a ton of lowering kits for those GMT400 trucks. I don't know exact part numbers but I know Belltech and DJM both sell lowering kits for them. There are probably more companies that that.

Yeah I'm aware of all of those, more or less trying to see if i can piece a set together cheaper than what I can buy one from the, just called classic performance, they have the best spindle but are out of stock.

Idk...but if you bag, then you're gonna have to notch the frame for the tie rods. Djm, western chassis, belltech....all are options

No bags, just static drop. Almost set on a 5/7 drop but am trying to decide if that's what I want again, 4/6 seems more what I'm looking for for hauling and ride quality, tough decision for me cuz I like both

Been watching the yards for a lowering kit for mine, just a 2/3 is all I want. I go any lower and I won't be able to pull in the garage.
