If you just bolted them in with the sheet metal screws they come with I think they would rip the screws out of the sheetmetal before ripping big chunks out of the inner rockers. Now if you welded I’m not sure, the brackets could probably rip off before the rockers honestlyDammit, why can everyone else find these manual transmission K20s???
I expect I'll be having a problem getting in mine due to back problems. My intent is build some type of rock sliders and have them double as a step.
Those single steps just scare me as something that will get snagged while out wheeling and get ripped out of the sheetmetal or damage the rocker.
