has anyone found a way to mount bully steps on a square body with dual tanks?

Are you referring to this style? I used a 90 degree adapter on my drill. Easy install.

Yes, thanks. Does the rocker panel bend at all? can you post close up photo of mount? .. nice truck btw, is it leveled?

This was my last truck. The weight carrying part of the mount bolts through the pinch weld at the bottom of the rocker. There is a self tapping screw that mounts into the rocker sheet metal to hold it in place at the top.

This truck was level with the lift. They were Tuff Country 4" EZ Rides in from with Original OEM springs and a 4" block in back.

That’s what I always called them. “Self tappers” dunno maybe my dad always called them that. But I get **** a lot. Usually ends up with someone telling me they’re self drilling screws. I usually end up telling them to self-screw themselves.

Colin, thank you for taking the time to post up the pic's of how you mounted your boards, man those really look nice and beefy, kinda like the rock sliders that the jeepers run.
I also like the idea that they will add a little protection for the gas tanks from any side impacts.
I am inspired, at least now I know that this can be done.
