K30 power steering return hose questions

Hi Folks
My K30's power steering pump has two return ports. One faces up and one is angled down. I have the power steering box draining into the upward facing return port. The hydrobooster drains to the downward facing port. Is this correct and does it matter which return goes where?

That routing is correct. Not sure if you're looking on a phone or computer, but I took pictures of mine before and after i replaced them for reference. I cant seem to find the close up pictures of the connections on my computer but these should help you out. Never did get an answer myself out of curiosity if it matters which goes where but I put them back the way they were and then followed the bleed procedure after replacing them all.

Thanks. It took forever to bleed the power steering and was wondering if the hose connections could have been the problem.
