The Oshawa girl has some new kicks! Hopefully I'm doing this right and pics show up. I know they're not the best but I, temporarily, can't move the truck. Still wanted to give an update and show it off a bit. Hasn't had a bath in a while and has been neglected some but I'm finally making progress. She sat in mom's barn for about 3 years.

Want to say thanks again to everyone. They don't just fit well, they look exactly they way I pictured. Wouldn't change a thing. Don't think I would have got here without the feedback and everyone's posts and experiences all over the forum. Thanks again @SquareRoot for sending pics of your setup. Next up give her a bath and figure out how to get the old fuel out that I'm pretty sure is causing some issues. One step at a time.

Edit to give final setup details for anyone else who may stumble on this and find it useful:
1986 K20 with 2" Tuff Country EZ Ride Lift (all spring lift). No rubbing or trimming.
Tires: Cooper Discoverer ATP II, LT285/70 R17 121 E1
Wheels: American Racing BAJA, 17X9, -12mm offset (4.53" Backspace), 130.81mm Bore; 8-165.1 bolt pattern

After days of searching, I have given up on using the 16.5 wheels. I didn't like any of the tires I found that would remotely work with the wheel and my truck. I still want a white steel wheel, so I will likely go with a U.S. Wheel OE (Series 664) or similar in a 16x8. That wheel will give me lots of tire options while still giving the truck that cool retro look. Thanks everyone for your input and help.
I went through hell trying to find tires for a 16.5, I ended up with 16's on my k20
