Wiper wiring

Hello, I am new here and I hope you can help me with a wiring problem.
I have 1978GMC K/15 With a 400,and the usual goodies.
I changed the steering column to one from a 82 suburban for the tilt ,cruise and column wiper switch
The 78 in dash switch had 6 wires Gray, Black, w/Blue Black w/white, Lt Blue, Black, Dk Blue
The 82 has a Black box at the bottom of column with 7 wires on one end and 5 Lt Blue, Gray,Black, Purple, and Pink on other.
Which color to which

Dk Blue - washer -Pink
Black - ground - Black
Black/Lt Blue - OFF - Lt Blue
Black/White- LOW -Gray
Lt Blue - HI - Purple
Gray - back LIGHT - NONE

The 82 has a Black box at the bottom of column with 7 wires on one end

Wiper Delay module.- The extra two wires (probably brown) control the delay speed. Fair chance the module might be broken.
