I've been lurking for a while, thought it was time to post!

I bought a 91 burb a couple months ago, it felt like a station wagon and I had to do something about it! I ripped off the fender flares/side molding (sadly I forgot to take a pic before those came off), installed a 4"in rancho springs and block kit in great shape that I picked up from the junk yard for $60! And upgraded to 33in bfg ko2! I also installed a set of manual warn hubs, as the original auto hubs kept engaging in me.

Overall, it wasn't too bad a process. I had to cut the front driver's side spring off with a grinding wheel... The forward bolt has rusted to the bushing sleeve! I had to cut the bolt off the front passenger upper shackle... It's installed facing outward and hits the factory exhaust pipe if you try to take it out. Oh and the shocks were completely shot! In all, it was a $1200 upgrade with the 6 shocks, tires, hubs, and junk yard springs.

Next up, the transfer case and rear drive shaft some work... Oh and it's leaking fluids from no less than 6 drivetrain components, lol!

Soon as it warms up a bit, I'll paint!

Overall the ride is GRRRRRATE! The quad shocks up front are way too stiff though, the inner pair must go!

Also, with the 33x12 tires, the old warn steering shock is showing it's age, big time! To say I float over the road is a bit of an understatement!

I have the entire steering assembly (from pitman arm to wheels) ready to install, just waiting for the time! That should make a huge difference!
