Driving home, no issues and suddenly fighting to keep her straight and outta the ditch. Seems the spline sheared at the hub, easiest way to repair ? replace spline, look for a used rear and do the whole lot, 90 v1500, 3.73 rear.

There's no splined hub there, the stud flange is part of the axle shaft. You probably had a wheel bearing die and wore into the shaft deep enough that the end broke off. You'll need to check for collateral damage on the housing, brakes, etc but you should be able to buy a new axle shaft, wheel bearing & seal and put it back together.
