Your a funny guy. Im thinking about just folding down the passenger seat and making my wife stay home. If its too long I will just let it hang out of the back and bunjee cord the rear hatch closed.

I am getting desperate here.

Maybe of You got one of the hoists that comes apart when not in use, it might fit in the Fiat and still have room for the wifey.
The longest piece on My non storage saver hoist is 48" and so, with the complete unit unboxed and throwed into the back seat, it should fit, I think. :emotions33:

F'in thing is not even made in Italy, its made in Mexico. If it came with anything from Larry Miller fiat in Tuscon it would come with a overweight mexican chick with 4 kids.

Never crossed my mind,

I might have an engine hoist lined out for the afternoon, I talked to my buddy on the phone who has a pickup he will loan me to go get the borrowed engine hoist belonging to a buddy of a buddy.

I dont want to buy one just because I will only use it for a day, that is a waste.

Got the old big block out yesterday, got the new engine on the hoist. I stripped everything off the firewall and pressure washed the **** out of the engine bay. As soon as its dry I will be rattle canning the whole engine compartment semi gloss black. After the paint I am going to re wrap the entire wiring harness in new wire loom and electric tape! I suspect around noon I will start dropping the new big block in.

Problems I expect: Hood will have to come off, old engine came out with a **** hair to spare and the intake manifold was off.

Also expecting the valve covers to hit the fire wall. Really dont want this to happen. I might be able to shoe horn this thing in but not sure if the valve covers will come off after that.
