Hello from Texas! Glad to have found this forum. Wow there's some great info here! I'm just starting a major rehab project - 1981 GMC 2500. I want to keep it largely stock looking. The stock 350 is locked up but it'll be replaced with another small block, but the 400 tranny will be replaced with a 4L80e. Look forward to learning from y'all and sharing progress.
