Classic Industries has seat covers in burgundy as well. You can also look at Eckler's. I think they carry seat covers, I may be wrong. but places like that. Does anyone know if Year One carries seat covers? I'll go look.

Year One has a very nice cloth seat cover for '82-'87 Chevy/GMC, color "Maroon" p/n SC787C01. It looks nice and the color looks closer to burgundy to me but you can look at it.

What color are you calling that? It looks like "mauve" You know that women's color that the eye can't describe. LOL I'm picking on you. But that really doesn't look like Mahogany to me. I thought it was supposed to be more redish brownish? That color looks almost greyish. Like I said, Mauve. lol again
