Dude, that spilt in when I removed the intake. That intake must hold a half phukin gallon of antifreeze in it and have hidden compartments. When I had that thing on the bench and was trying to clean the gaskets off, the stuff kept coming out and I could turn it upside down and sideways and shake it and still couldn't get it all out, spilling on my phukin pants and the work bench and the phukin floor, phuck.I see green antifreeze in there....
Pic of parts laid out as removed, nice and organized. Also a pic of the dist cap issue that is also being a pain in the ass, I cleaned those terminals like 2 or 3 months ago, this **** keeps coming back!!!!!!
****, your right. Next time I'll get the brass one and see how it goes. For now I just busted out the dremel with the mini wire wheel and cleaned them off.Ah's tolju thems wuz aluminuminum...
I had to take a break bro, I was getting pissed off already re-living this ****, lol.....Where's the point where you're bolts busted off and you're at the point of "no return"? Did I miss some pics?

I need to do like swims said and drill it some more and heli coil it eventually. Plus the hole is on a slight angle too so the head of the new bolt isn;t sitting flush, real clusterphuck man.Oh my.... got pics of said beer(s)
On a serious note, could a machine shop help with? I only ask that knowing the methods that you'd already attempted base on previous posts. I'd hate to have to buy a whole new (read USED from the local pick a part yard!) intake just for that issue!!!
