Ya I do know.....so it turns out that my fused link are good what the issue is somehow I managed to lose the wire that goes from alternator to the fuse block the wires are melted at the back of the alternator and well ya its supposed to snow on me tomorrow and Thursday so hopefully Friday or Saturday I can get it fixed

Sounds like a fusible link shoulda blown an didn't. Lucky you didn't burn that damn thing to the ground.

Or maybe, unbenounced to him, somebody already spliced a piece of wire in to replace it.

Exactly !!! And we all learn from it, so when and if the next guy comes along, we're better educated. Like in this case, we suggested Fusible link from the starter wire to the fuse block. Close, but no cigar. Now we know to tell to also check the connections at the starter which actually should have been suggested even before fusible link come to think about it.

Its no biggie I checked the link before doing anything else the I noticed my wires was abnormally close to the exhaust dropped the starter fixed the wires and got the away from the exhaust and boom back to running lol
