Help with timing mark

I can't get a magnifying glass into the tight space where the saw-tooth tag is located and I still haven't had my cataracts removed so can someone please describe to me where 0 degrees is on this tag. As always, thanks for your help and patience with senior citizens.

first deep V from the right in the photo is 0 deg. 4deg is the next peak after that.

The widest saw tooth (right side of that picture) has a 0 on the side closest to the engine. From left to right the numbers are 12, 8, 4, and 0. It would appear that the 4, 8, and 12 are referencing the peak/valleys away from the engine.
