Ok so I’m in the process of replacing the heater core on my 1891 c10 with out air.
Got the original out and ordered one from a major vender and when it gets here it’s junk..... not the right size and shape to fit in to the housing..... it’s shorter, narrower (air will bypass around it) and thinner.
So can anyone recommend a vender that they have gotten a good fitting heater core from?
Thanks

I ordered mine off summit, I opted for the copper/brass replacement as those usually fit like they're supposed to.

Fit just like the factory one, no issues on my 84 burb.

Ok thanks I’ll look at those . Wasn’t aware you can still get the brass, I thought they were all aluminum now

You'll just have to make sure it's non a/c if that's what your truck originally was. Then eyeball the picture and hope the description is decently accurate then hope it fits lol

I just bought one at NAPA for my '83 GMC, with air. Looks to be the correct one and size.
They had to order it from their warehouse across town, same day delivery.
