Truck is about to go to paint but they want it to run for ease of moving. I finally got it started but I want to make sure grounds are working so I don't get any weird issues. I have one strap that is located by the AC box and I have no idea where it goes. Is it to the back of the head or on the bell housing?

Thanks everybody for all help in getting this project going. If it keeps going this way it is off to paint Thursday then maybe 3-4 weeks later I'll get it back for reassembly. Mid November finish date?
