Just keepin it real! i would rather see him blow his *** on a supercharger, than buy a bunch of snake oil, that innthe end, will not end up with any noticable gains....He would notice the living **** out of that blower!

the best thing you can do for now, is maybe make some causmetic corrections....i think you said something about the paint.
Maybe freshen up the interior a little too.
Just enjoy the truck for what it is right now, leave everything alone.
The money that you would spend on BS like High flow filters, exhaust(unless something is leaking or malfunctioning) wont do a darn thing to performance that would be noticeable.
If you could part with about $110, and 30 minutes of install time, you MIGHT notice something with this:

and you may pick up an MPG or 2.
And make sure you get some longer bolts, and spacers for your throttle cable bracket, you want to keep the geometry the same for your throttle and trans cable.
