Still got the forward progress working though. :grd: I really oughta consider this on at least one of mine. With my bad back, and can no longer bend over hoods to change plugs anymore.

I don't think changing plugs will be a problem on this truck. Maybe I ought tape some to the valve covers of my cummins just to show how easy it would have been. My goal is to have the drivetrain stabbed back in before next weekend. We'll see! I think I can do it without taking off the hood now.

I don't think doing alot of things to that truck will be a problem. I'm liking this idea and project. I think I'll be revisiting this thread sooner or later.

Well hell I didn't even consider just duct taping it down. I did have a big tire on the top holding it down for awhile.

This was it before I tore it out going down the highway.

Not a hotrod for sure, but still a good commuter vehicle. For a squarebody Burb to get 20City, 25Hwy, that would be awesome. I think I'd go that route before I did a 6.2. 105hp and 295tq right out the box before mods to get that kind of mpg would be great.

It's not floored I just wanted to show daily driving. It should be a lot different with the mods I have in mind. It got 20 in the city. I have no idea about highway. I drive to much in town to know.
