So I need some input on my restoration. I'm working on my 1983 K10, and need some help with what to do with fuel lines. Originally, it had a 3 port sending unit (3/8" fuel, 1/4" return, 5/16" vent or vapor?), and 3 ports on the fuel pump. I have installed a new fuel tank and sending unit. I bought a new 3 port sending unit, but the new fuel pump only has an inlet and an outlet. I hooked up the sending unit to all 3 original metal lines just like it was before. My plan is to plug the return line (at the far end of the metal line by the pump), but what do I do with the 3rd vent line? Should I leave it open somewhere or just plug it off as well?
