My Christmas present from Ford - and, in all honesty , I like this little truck !! ( '01 Ford Ranger Edge )

Right before I got on the freeway for an hour long trip to my Mom's with no code reader, so had no idea WTF.

This truck has an analog speedo - turns out this code is because the Fuel Level Sender detected a fault ( overfull ) , and sets a code because I guess if you had a "miles to empty" readout it could be out of whack.

WTF ?

Don't have one.

OMG - it's overfull - WAH !!

Being the stubborn SOB I am when I got home I refilled it at the same pump, and got the same overfull reading.

Told the wifey if the light comes on, ignore it - I will turn it off when you get home.

No light this time …

Just for me, going on a road trip.

I will say the old 4.0 SOHC in that Ranger ran like a raped ape - the new one not quite as strong.

40MPH downshifts to 1st ( 5 speed auto ) kick ass, tho !! Wish the Camaro was programmed like that. Even w/ the stall, that is a dead spot ...

I don’t care what anyone thinks. I love my 05 Aviator even though I need to do the timing chains. That DOHC 4.6 is a monster.
