Saw a drip and found out the power steering fluid is over flowing and pushing out the cap. Just checked it and it had been right. What y’all think? Air getting in? Pump going bad?

If the system aerates the bubbles displace fluid and it overflows. Not saying that's your trouble, but if you ever hear pump whine, that might be it. Worn Hydroboost systems do it often in cold weather, and then warm weather as it gets worse.

Has your steering gotten harder to turn? It sounds like the pump is going out..........I would check the pressure line and see if it is collapsing. Do you have Hydro-boost?

does the power steering system still work right? Id first drain all the fluid, pull off return line and drain it that way or turkey baster/battery electrolyte squeeze it out. Then take some new PS fluid, pour half way full, start truck, and check it. if you see some air bubbles and foamy, might mean it had air, and by changing the reservoir of fluid, you changed like, half of the system, and then with cap off, back and forth on wheel. check level, dont let it get low. once steering is nice, no new bubbles, check level and get it to appropiate on dipstick, then take for a drive
leave truck running and check
