If it doesn’t have a few squeaks or strange noises it means something is probably not working!
But yeah idk what it could be.
Your front suspension, is it soft or is it just really low clearance to the fender wells? Bump stops in and engaging before it bottoms out?
Are the shocks blown? Shocks shouldn’t be keeping it from bottoming out per se though. But they’d let it bounce over a speed bump and if the clearance is real tight, that could be part of your issue.

Just a couple things to look at.

It's real soft, like the springs and shocks are blown. The steering feels a little squishy as well, but its got new components down the tree.

Exhaust rubbing from a loose or improperly placed hanger will result in a squeak, depending where it’s at it will resonate into the cab. You could also increase the radio volume and keep the windows down to drown out the squeak, that’s the if it’s not broken don’t fix it theory. Nice looking truck!

If the shocks are blown it will bounce 2-3-4 times after a bump. Easy to diagnose.

After trying all the suggestions offered I believe I've narrowed it down to the dash. It squeaks constantly at a low tone until I press down on the center of the dash near the windshield. The dash appears to be mounted securely though there may be loose bolts underneath. I guess my next step is to crawl up under it and see if I can find loose or missing bolts/screws.

Welcome to the forum, loose screw an all! My old 84 was like that and had to tighten up panel screws, it would go away for a while. Replace your shocks, or up it a bit, either way, it will give you ______ till you ______ the ______then bing up on the axelz....and don't spel it like that. Have fun, welcome to the nut house.

I'd pull the dash pad and check where everything mounts. Take it for a drive with the dash pad removed and see if the squeak is gone. If it is gone, figure out how to tighten the point of contact where the pad is squeaking, or use some sort of adhesive gasket or strip caulk at the point that it's squeaking. Issues like this are a process of elimination, just keep taking it apart and wiggling things until you find your squeak.

Good morning all!

I found my squeak. It was in the dash. There is a support rod that runs from the outside edge of the under-dash, through the firewall into the engine-bay. This support rod had lost the nut on the end of it and was allowing the dash to shake when idling or moving. I replaced the nut, adding a lock washer, and BAM, problem solved.

I can't believe it was so easy. Bettye White-truck 0, owner 1!
