Very good point retro I hadn't thought about that
Back to getting them off without taking the fender off then.....
The paint job was 9 years ago so I imagine it looks like crap long before now!Rattle can?
Arizona?
Presume it’ll be stored inside all the time, or it’ll look 20 years old in about 6 months in the sun regardless of how much time you spend on it.
Were you able to salvage the old badges? The body shop cut mine like mentioned with a small part of the tab and I was considering how to do the same when I stumbled upon thi spost.
Not sure if you're asking if they can be saved, but you can use the 3m two sided tape like they do on new cars/trucks to hold them in place.
I think they mean the access on the back is hard to get to with it on the 5ruck because they gave retainer nuts? I'm not sure if that's the case, never looked. Just how I interpreted it.im not sure ive ever had my fenders off but why is it difficult? ive taken off plenty of fenders on newer rides never gave me much of a fight?
