Factory stripes?

Just purchase a 1979 k30 wrecker its a scottsdale and has striping on the hood and goes down the fenders and doors to back of cab? its never been painted been told but have found no other with them need info trying to restore it any info appreciated thanks

Not sure if they put factory stripes on the k30, usually 1/2.

Lol, true. I’ve never seen any HD trucks with the various trim/stripes, of the 70s/80s.
Guess is being a commercial vehicle, wrecker, it was striped to match the company “look.”

Those 'custom' graphics in the late 70s-80s where just a film no? Those stripes were not painted on as I remember.

The stripes are partially still in the door jams ill see if they are sticker or paint it was probably a sharp truck back in the day seems like i remember this striping back then but figured id ask
