Also I dont know if you can do this, but if you couldnt find, say, the 1977 350 emissions label for a LD, is there a way you could register it as a HD vehicle? That would be exceeding a certain GVW I think.

the 4rth digit in the vin tells them the weight class of the truck 1= 10 series 1/2 ton LD emissions, 2=20 series 3/4 ton HD emissions, 3=30 series 1 ton HD and a 4=10 series heavy half ton HD emissions. plus in 77 the gvwr is on the vin plate.

I didn't think there was a tune up label on the 77 HD emissions trucks , yes I do need / want that label to.

If you need any part of it clarified I can try and wipe more dust carefully from it. Or take another photo.

Or yours is in much cleaner shape. If @C10MixMaster can use both the labels to get the words on the top left then I wont bother clean mine up. this one is readable and clear just minus the beginning text which mine showed

Yes, I figured most HD engines would need 91 esp without lead in it like they were designed for, and im wondering if that isnt what caused a lot of HD emissions trucks like my or my dads(I think) and many others to have shorteneed lives or driveability issues coupled with plugged dirty carbs and people touching screws and putting springs and wrong plugs etc etc
That leaded gas meant lubrication and octane and only lubrication comes from making sure you use additive or you needed to have a top end rebuild and new seats. seats that get hammered probably dont seal well lol
