To be 100% honest im looking for the stems. I want the tall ones that go into the mirrors. Usually the big camper ones have the tall stems

I do still have them.
I would sell them, once I figure out where they are.
We have been doing some remodeling around the house and things are not always where I have left them....

Any update on these mirrors? I’m interested in buying them if you do

We went from the giant camper mirrors that I find hideous to the Dumbo version mirrors.
At the junkyard we found a truck that had the supports inside the doors.
When installing, @Maxwellvis did plenty of measuring to ensure he had the new set where they belonged.
It was not all that bad at all to install the mirrors with the brackets.

We have had no issues with them since they have been on there.

My 84 had 1 of those huge tow mirrors on it so I put the original style on it as well. I need to replace my doors as whoever had the truck before me, actually pulled the tow mirrors off and left wallowed out holes at the top. I got 2 of the "S" shaped supports for it online, so will use those eventually with my replacement doors.

Question about the inner mirror bracket on the drivers side. When I bolt the bracket on the inner door, it sets just under a 1/2" away from the outer shell. I don't see that the door is made that poorly. I feel like something is wrong though. I may just modify this bracket so it is the length I need but I still don't understand why it is off that much.
