Never sold a 60 for less than 800, drw chevy 60s are all I've ever had. Got 1100 for my srw high pinion ford 60. I've got a 4.56 geared drw chevy 60 in the shop with factory drive slugs that I'm giving 400 for.

I buy and sell the 60's all the time. I have most of the local yards that call any time one comes in. I usaully have to give $400-$650 for them and sell them for $750-1200. depends on gear ratio, brake and hub condition, and if tie rods/spring plates are with them. On craigslist around here $600- $1200 what they run. It's one of those things I dabble in to make a buck and if I don't sell them I use them in one of my trucks.

Around here (200 mile radius) they are fetching $900+ each. I've asked a few local scrapyards and they very rarely see them, if ever. Seems most 1 ton chassis around here were all used on strip mines and the like and were scrapped out many years ago. I'm just gonna have to be patient and keep my eyes peeled.

EDIT: Oh ****, just looked up Norton, VA and it's a looooooooooooong ******* way from you!

Yeah, 428 miles, that seems to be a downside of living in the middle of nowhere. I'd love to have those, but only if it were 200 mi. closer.:bawl::whymewhyme::banghead:

uh... no... not even close. 1 ton means either a 14 bolt full floater, or a Dana 70 full floater. no other option in a K30.
