How much easier would it be to weld perches on the axle and use left springs then to do the cool setup?

Unit bearings, ball joints, and CAD make it a non worthwhile swap.

Yes Sorry my phone was change stuff I guess. Just wondering if i could weld perches on a axle that was a coil over set and if not how hard would be to use the coil set up on my crew cab?

Actually considered it at one point with my 90 R3500 crewcab when I had the Cummins donor truck sitting next to it.

Would be a ton of fab work for a coil set up in a sb.. Its not just the coil you have to mount. its the four control arms and pan hard bar also. perches on a axle is easy..

I would love to do the dodge 4link set up I just don't know if I have the experience, I'm very good at welding because the parents own a welding shop and I've been doing it for ever but idk if I really for suspension stuff. This guy did it http://youtu.be/bmOOZn6-S8U

Just came across your other thread, if you've got the entire parts truck, go for it!

Btw, what is the distance from the outside if the frame to outside of the frame where the links mount to the rails?
