Not the typical say 41 11 or whatever but flat out 373?

my 86 says on the glove box sticker has 3.08's and I didn't check my rear but my front for sure says gm10 and then below says 373 best I can make out.

All I’ve ever seen is tooth counts, there should also be the factory part number and date stamped in the ring.

wow I'm at a lose as to what it says, I hat ehaving bad eyes and my wife has the good phone with her.

I swear all I saw all the way around was a 3 digits code like letters and numbers combo? then what said gm for dang sure and 10 thought, then said 373 or sure looked like it.

I'm really wondering because doing my lift the entire front axle was like plastic dipped or rubber undercoated heavy!!! I mean it was like rtv or something and the spring pads had it on them so had to have been done without the leafs bolted on. I haven't found anymore of that anywhere on the truck.

I've sealed both axles up now but going to remove the rear and check it again as I didn't have it off the ground to rotate and read. I may try to lock in my pass. hub and spin the front yoke and count to get an estimate.

ok I pulled the front back off, pretty sure it's richmond aftermarket because at the end it has an R and a lil mark after I can't make out but....

says 591 that's the 3 digits I mentioned no letters, then what looks to me to be L25T and then GM10 for sure and then 373 for sure, then that R and the mark. I'm going to run those other 2 numbers on google now.

My 77 has the np203 fulltime transfer case.Glad no one changed it to a part time setup....some folks did. But I was also referring to 4wd as a k10. C10 is 2 wd
