yea ours had all the add ons too and was for a 4wd, only cost 300 hundy for 4 inches.

nxtlevl........I can hook you up with a new set of polyurethane bushings. I bought the prothane kit, for my short bed, and when I sold my short bed I forgot to give them to the guy that bought it. I called him, and he said he didn't want them. This is were we need too talk about the sketch. :cheers:

I MAY have a lower cost alternative to the Borgeson steering shafts using a shaft from another vehicle. It works on later model SBs. Not sure when the changeover was, I think '77.

Jeep Cherokee steering shaft...very minor mods needed, at least on the later model squares.

I thought this was common knowledge by now? I did my first one about 5 years ago, and it wasn't exactly a new idea then.

Cherokee looks too short to me, is it the right length? I was thinking Wrangler.

I asked on CaptKock's board and was told to buy a Borgeson. :roflbow:

And here's the Wrangler shaft.

I felt that $290 can be better spent elsewhere on the truck. I got a Wrangler shaft for $10 at the junkyard.
